One day I was emailed by a web design client who needed to add Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy to a site for one of their clients. I was a privately a little annoyed at that moment, because it seemed out of the flow and something that their client should provide via their legal department. But liaison between this client of mine and myself was not the sharpest tool in the shed and I didn’t think he’d understand that such a document is a legal matter.
